Variable Tooth Chainring: 28T Standard 64 BCD

The North Shore Billet 28t chainring is designed to be installed on the inner chainring position of a standard 104/64mm 4-bolt crankset and features a thin-thick tooth profile to hold onto the chain better.

Typically you would install a 1x chainring in the middle chainring position on a mountain triple crank for the best possible chainline, but you are limited to a 30t because of the overall diameter of the chainring. NSB takes this into account with their 28t 64mm chainring by building in an offset so that you get a proper 49mm chainline while mounting to the inner position. NSB Variable Tooth Chainrings can be run with 9/10/11 speed drivetrains, but work best with 10 or 11-speed chains.

Like all NSB products the Variable Tooth Chainrings are machined in Whistler, BC Canada from 7075 T6 Aluminum with laser etched graphics.
