Does exactly what it needs to do - fill in the gap between your mount and rack. BUT NOTE - this package is clearly marked 2, meaning 1 pannier with 2 connections. You will need QTY 2 of these items to get 4 so you can outfit 2 panniers... could I make that more confusing?
