The Panaracer Cross Town is an awesome tire for the commuter, all-weather rider, bar-hopper, wanderer, or any mixture of the above.  Its narrow at 1.5, which creates a nice rolling tire that doesn't slow down quickly.  However its very comfortable to ride on, and has deep water channels to allow for great performance any time of the year the worst of roads.
