any 700c x 28-32mm will fit a 27x1-1/4.
I would suggest either of these depending on if your rim takes a presta or schrader valve.

If you have a deep rim you may need a tube with a longer valve stem than what I have recommended

390g for the 32mm tire. This is the same weight as the 28mm Zaffiros I replaced. We'll see how they will hold up, but I'm already a fan just on the lightweight and smoothness.
