RiBMo seems like a weird name for a bike tire, did Panaracer name it after some ancient Japanese warrior or temple? No, RiBMo stands for Ride Bicycle More and with Panaracer's new ProTite puncture protection that''s exactly what you will do. ProTite offers 3x the puncture and pinch flat protection over a traditional aramid belt and 25% better than the Protex version of the RiBMo.
Adding to the durability of the RiBMo tire is Panaracer''s Mile Crusher tread compound. The Mile Crusher rubber compound has exceptional cut resistance while still offering a comfortable ride mile after mile.

Just a quick note for anyone looking to buy these. These do retain the full "shield" designation for the puncture resistence. Panaracer lists "belt" and "shield" for their ProTite flat resistence but don't list which one in the description. I'll review these later after a few hundred miles but looking forward to see if they hold up like the original RibMo with Protex
