amarklinMakes working on bikes much, much easier. Holds the seat or frame securely, doesn't tip over. Clamps are pretty easy to adjust, and the clamp has a quick-release feature that helps when mounting/releasing the bike.
Wish there were some place to attach my existing magnetic parts tray without buying Parks Brand ridiculously overpriced model.

mmcgrathI was considering going with a cheaper stand or maybe making my own, but I am glad I didn't. This stand is very easy to use. It is fully adjustable and the clamp works with a cam action so it can be clamped easily with one hand. Totally worth the money if you want to do any serious work on your bike.

puv...@gm...l.comGreat piece of equipment. Totally a great value considering a price tag of less than $200. With the stand, a complete tune up of shifters and brakes takes about 10 minutes, and you never have to listen to annoying shiter and chain noises on the trail or road again as a result of poor tuning. The stand is solid and will last a long time. I just bought a second one for my father as a gift!

memertAnother great product from Park Tool USA that performs its function extremely well. Great for the home mechanical who like to perform their own maintenance and repairs. High quality tubes and exceptional clamp allows you to postion your bike however you want and NEED to service. Fold away, so when you don't need it it's not in the way.

A GuestThe stand in made well and has some good features. It is pretty easy to fold down for storage or to set up. There are a couple of things that are problematic. As long as you are careful and don't have to apply any serious torque to the bike it holds, but the central lock won't hold the upper part from turning if any force is applied. Also the bike clamp is a bit awkward to operate compared with more professional stands.
But for the price it is worth it and certainly better than not having any stand.

petercdI got this largely because my girlfriend was always struggling to work on her bike with it just propped against the wall. And I didn't like it much either. The bike stand sets up quickly, and hold the bike well, and the price seemed fair. But it's not all great. The clamp works well on my steel framed bike, but my girlfriend has an aluminum frame, that is smaller (48cm?) and it has an offset top tube brake cable. Because of this, the clamp is very particular about the placement on her bike.
Also, while setting up and collapsing the stand doesn't require any tools, it's not simple, and she struggles to do it, due to the long legs, and trying to keep the whole thing from slipping away from you while rotating the legs, or collapsing the extendable part of the stand.
It's good, but it's not great, but I didn't want to pay more than this, so it's a fair value.

A GuestMy son left for college and races, so he thought MY PCS-10 was his. I loved my first one and this should be no different. It was easy to switch from his Colnago to my vintage steel Peugot for after ride cleanings or more extensive service. Great for the home shop.
