This lock ring works great with my Phil Wood Track Hub. Threads are nice and smooth. It is small enough to run a 12 tooth cog. My only dislike it the notch spacing. My Sunlite Cog Tool fits in the notches, but could be more secure. Not a big issue, still works to tighten the cogs.
