I lost the key. (My bad) And I didn't register it so I contacted the Pinhead folks in Canada. They said i had to send a photo of the head in order for them to feed it to their computer and then they'd be able to sell me a new key. A replacement key is about $20. The first image didn't cut it because I was supposed to take it dead on. After that I sent another image to Don and he ignored my emails for a week. It wasn't until I wrote an email pointing out that others on various online bike threads had written about how lousy their customer service was. It was all true. In one of the threads there was information on how to get the skewer off without a key using a $10 universal socket known as a "Gator Grip. It works! It worked so well I rate these skewers JUNK!
