acrabbI love ProLink! The first time I used it, I could not believe the amount of crud that ran off my (seemingly clean) chain. It has very low viscosity so it cleans surface dirt as it lubricates.
I don't have the patience for link-by-link lubing, so I fold a rag over the chain stay and very slowly spray as I back-pedal. In this way a thin stream comes out rather than a spray. Holding at an angle to the chain also helps get more on the chain. Then I take the soaked section of rag and use this to clean the chain, again back-pedalling. This makes better use of the overspray and distributes the lube evenly, while removing excess. Result: new-looking, well-lubed chain.

firefox90I have been running this for a few years. I have been completely pleased with it. Runs smooth, quiet, and clean. Just make sure you slowly run the chain through a towel after lubing to soak up the excess lube otherwise it sprays everywhere.
I lube link by link with the smaller Prolink bottle and use this to refill the smaller bottle.

A GuestGreat lube on my second bottle (really this huge size) never going to use the spray head looks like it is a mess, just refilling my smaller one.

A GuestI love the great price on this 16 oz bottle!!!! I don't use the spray nozzle...just refill a smaller bottle and drip on chain.
This lube cleans the chain as it lubes it. I live in a dry area and my chain stays lubed for quite awhile after application of Prolink. I wouldn't use any other lube.

indigosixThis review is for the spray bottle. I think the lube itself works great. I bought it because I wanted a larger bottle around at one time for multiple bikes. I do my own wrenching and I don't like to run out of things. I'm sold on this stuff as a chain lube but it's something you use sparingly.
After one attempt to apply it with the spray, I refilled a small bottle and went back to dripping it on the chain. It takes about two minutes to lube the individual links. The result is cleaner, and, in my opinion, runs better.

non...@ms...n.comBest stuff I've ever used. No build up. Cleans and lubes the chain at the same time.
