The Problem Solvers Decksters will work with most 2-bolt cleats like Shimano, Crank Brothers, Time, Wellgo, Bontrager, iSSi.
The Decksters do not include cleats, so you will need to provide a pair.

The Problem Solver Deckseter will not convert a Shimano R540 pedal to a platform because the R540 uses a Shimano SPD-SL cleat that has 3 bolts instead of the mountain style SPD cleat that has 2 bolts.

Quality product at 138g each side with Eggbeater cleats.
For me, they clip out too easily which is why I knocked them from 5 starts to 4. I don't really trust them on rough terrain or all-out pumping up a hill.
It's in the nature of the Eggbeater pedals which I love, by the way.
