Problem Solvers does it again! A Seat Post Clamp with Rack Mounts. Many advantages to having the rack mounts integrated into a seatpost clamp...1) For my wife's tiny mtb frame, it elevates the rear rack stays, so the rack can be level...an important feature for rear panniers...preventing the panniers from sliding forward and obstructing pedaling rotation. 2) On my carbon gravel bike it kept me from marrying the finish and frame when attaching the rear rack.
We carried maximum weight on our rear racks with laden panniers and items strapped to the top of the rack as well for a week-long self-sustained venture... No issues whatsoever... But we didn't venture off gravel roads and two-track.
*Note: the listed clamp size is the outside diameter of the frame seat tube, not the seat post diameter...our seat posts were both 27.2 and our frame seat tubes were 31.8.
Works for: MTB, All Mountain, Cross Country, Any Hardtail, Gravel/bikepacking

I have Catrikes, Road, Exxpedition and a 700. On all of them I replaced the stock neck rest with a Krispysteve neck rests. This baby (31.8 mm) works great attaching the front rack arms to the neck rest post. No muss, no fuss install.
