The only blemish on this clever piece of hardware (certainly not on Sheldon's legacy) is a bit of bad machining on one of the two nuts. The threads were not cleanly cut, and bungered up a bolt I attempt to initially screw in to chase the threads. Rather than waste time and money with a return, I ended up buying a 6x1mm tap and tap wrench to fix it. So, the cost in total after the fix was a wasted bolt and couple of extra tools- more than double the cost of pair of $15 nuts.
