Sure, as long as you're just using it to hold cable housing and not as a housing stop.

I bought these for a Surly Steamroller which doesn't have the brake line holders going to the rear of the bike. They work great and were cheap enough. I also have enough to do another bike, so they are chillin' in my parts box.

Did the job routing my Alfine shifter cable on my 1x1. Seems like a solid connection to the frame.
