It may be possible to convert your bike to 700c wheels. Without seeing your bike I could not give a definitive answer.
If you do decide to go for the switch, you will need new, long reach brakes and you should have the back of the bike professionally cold set since these wheels have a width of 130mm in the rear rather than 126.

I like this wheel. It is a great value. It was true and the spokes had good tension.
I used mine for a single speed (freewheel) application with 126mm spacing, so I ended up redishing it when it came in.
The hollow axle was just short enough that I could get it to work in 126mm. It has a large and a small spacer. Removing the small spacer did the trick for me. If you have 126mm spacing that you want to get by with and a thick rear dropout (Campy or similar) this one will work. If you have a thinner droppout (Raleigh and similiar) you will not be able to us this hollow axle in 126mm and will likely have to cold set your frame leaving all the axle spacers on the axle.
And of course if you do NOT need to make any ammendments to this wheel, you will be very happy with it.
