The description says 30mm spindle for 68/73mm BB shells, but the item says 136mm spindle. Is this for a fatbike or is it for a normal 73mm bottom bracket and are these two different measurements?

This is for 68/73mm bottom brackets.
The 136mm refers to the full spindle length. This crankset is compatible with 141/148 Boost Hubs, 135/142 MTB hubs, and 150/157 DH hubs with the appropriate spacers and or/spider to achieve your desired chainline.
