Traction Ultra Tacky Lock-On Grip

Renthal Traction lock-on grips feature a specially designed grip pattern to provide additional mechanical grip, even in adverse riding and weather conditions and is elevated even more with Renthal's Ultra Tacky rubber compound. Renthal Ultra Tacky grips feature a rubber compound that creates a continuously renewing sticky surface for increased grip. Should you need to, you can renew the surface by cleaning the grips with clean water. On top of the amount of grip and control Ultra Tacky rubber provides it also offers excellent shock absorption but will wear a little quicker than some of the stiffer compound grips.

Renthal Traction Grips feature forward facing finger ridges and rearward facing angled palm grooves. The forward facing finger ridges give your hands more grip and support while pulling up on the bars and flatten out during normal riding conditions. The rearward angled palm grooves provide additional grip during braking or steep descents when forward motion tries to push your hands off of the grips.

To provide the same cushioning of a grip that is much thicker Renthal uses offset grip material, with thicker material under the palm portion and thinner rubber under the finger area.

Renthal Ultra Tacky Traction Lock-On Grips have CNC aluminum lock rings to keep the grips from twisting on you while keeping the weight down.
