If you have parts that need to be cleaned quick this is the stuff for you. It will take years you build up off of metal surfaces in a matter of minutes. It can also work as a hand cleaner or as a laundry stain remover in case you happen to use your shirt instead of a towel to wipe off your hands. Unlike some of the fast degreasers you will need to rinse this off of the part after use. This doesn't make it ideal for cleaning hub shells.

Bike parts greasy? Don't want them to be? This is the stuff for you. It's a slow-flowing gel, so it can be poured into, say, your bottom bracket shell and not just flow right out the other side. I soaked a 1960's schwinn's bottom bracket bearings in this stuff overnight, when they went in they were dry, black, and crusted with fuzz. The next morning they wiped totally clean.
