BrassKnuckles Upright Bike Carrier

The RockyMounts BrassKnuckles is a premium easy-to-use rooftop bike mount that works on a wide range of load bars and fits most bikes that do not have front fenders. The BrassKnuckles bike mount beats down the notion that roof mounted bike trays are difficult to load with its wheel-on design that does not contact the frame or require the removal of the front wheel. When not in use the wheel arm can be folded flat to reduce wind noise and drag.

The RockyMounts BrassKnuckles Bike Mount will work with most crossbars on the market including Thule, Yakima, Aeroblade, Whisbar and almost all factory bars. Attachment to the crossbars is handled by form-fitting hardware for reduced drag and includes theft resistant rubber coated stainless steel straps. Your bike can be secured to the BrassKnuckles Bike Rack with optional RockyMounts lock cores and can be keyed alike if you are using more than 1 rack.  

If you are using the BrassKnuckles Bike Rack on factory crossbars weight capacity is limited to 35lbs per bike and up to 45lbs per bike on aftermarket rack systems. You will always want to double check with vehicle and rack manufacturer to make sure your bikes will not exceed the limits of your car.

RockyMounts BrassKnuckles bike racks are compatible with bikes with wheels from 20-29" and tires up to 3.0" in width. If you need to carry your fat bike with the BrassKnuckles, RockyMounts does make a fat bike adaptor that is available here.
