asked by: mbl...@....net Will the front SKS Fatboard fender set fit a 2016 SE F@E non-circular downtube?
A.
anwered by: canteau The SKS Fatboard fenders should fit, the straps are fairly flexible and conform to the square down tubes of some of the carbon fat bike we sell.

After trying to find these fenders I have to say that there all there made out to be, and that Tree Fort Bikes was one of the first shops to carry them. There almost idiot proof as far as installation and after finding a good size puddle I have to say that they cover very well.
Having used an old SKS fender for years I was glad to see this hit the market place. They are a great addition to the fatbike and work as advertised. Setup is seconds. I like them a lot and they don't look bad either.
I consider these mandatory now on my Fatbike. I've used skinny SKS fender for years and I was pleased to find this set for my Fatbike. They fit perfectly. Those fat tires toss a ton a dirt back at you and these keep you clean and dry. Plus they dont' look half bad either.
Zero issues with them so far on about 100 miles of mud and trail riding.
I have an SE F@E that has a more square downtube. Fenders required minimum assembly and are easy to install. Good quality and seems durable. Good coverage.
Chose these over PDW Mud Fenders because rear bracket flattened out to accommodate seatpost mounted rack.
Fit, finish, and good quality. SKS Fatboard fender set fit a 2016 SE F@E non-circular downtube with no problem. Seems to stop water and mud very well. Rear fender fits nicely under my seatpost rack. Would definitely recommend!
