The V-stay kits do a great job of supporting the fenders. The install on the rear fender was super easy with the included hardware. The front was easy...after a trip to the hardware store. I have shock forks on my bike and had to purchase screws, locknuts and nylon washers to complete the installation. I used the holes at the base of the fork behind the hub to attach V-stay to. If you use the tapped holes on the back of the shock you will need to buy an adapter from SKS or an angle bracket from the hardware.
