These should fit an XO derailleur, however you will loose the benefits of having the sealed pulleys that make the XO work better than an X9.

Rear derailleur is SRAM 10-speed with text "Blackbox Ceramic Bearings" and "Exact Actuation" on outer cage. Looks like 11 teeth on top and bottom pulleys. Bike approximately 2011. Is this compatible? Thanks

If you have the Black Box pulleys, chances are you will need the pulleys for either the XX or X0 rear derailleur.

They use a roller bushing, the X.0 model has sealed bearings

No, SRAM Pulley's will not work with a Shimano Ultegra 9 speed derailleur.
