The SRAM S-990 Aero Brake Lever Set are designed to go into the ends of a tt/tri aero bar base bar and the shifters are usually mounted to the aero bars themselves. If you are doing just a bull horn bar you will have to choose if you want to mount brakes or shifters in the ends of the bar.
