I'm confused. What does 39-49mm Brake Reach mean? I have a HED Ardennes wheelset. I think they're 25mm. Are these compatible?

The arm reach is determined by the relationship of the brake mounting hole on the frame/fork is to the rim braking surface. These brakes will work on most road bikes designed for 23 or 25mm tires, if you have a bike that was made for fenders or 28 or 32mm tires you may need a brake caliper with a longer reach.
