The bearings in these aren't really designed to be removed, I would recommend getting new SRAM RED pulleys which can be found by searching for 333222394844

I was very glad to find these pulleys at Tree Fort. So few shops carry small parts like this anymore. My pulleys were totally seized after a season of wet cyclocross. Put these on in about 10 min and voila! super smooth drivetrain again.

It is great that Tree Fort bikes stocks small stuff like this - I couldn't find these pulleys in any local bike shops.
I like these pulleys because they are quieter than the ones that came on my SRAM Red derailleur (pre 2012 model).

In echoing some of the other reviews, I thank Tree Fort for stocking such small parts so we can make our own repairs instead of having to take the bike to the shop and have to wait for them to order stuff and get around to fixing it. This is the best use of the interweb for me!
