Why does the PowerLock bullet point say “non-reusable connecting link”. I thought that was the purpose of the PowerLock- so you can take it apart to clean and such if needed??

Its usually fine to reuse Powerlinks a couple times. Im sure their engineering people made them put it in for safety reasons.
