The SRAM Team GXP bottom bracket is the standard issue bottom bracket for all SRAM and TruVativ GXP cranksets from the entry level models all the way up to Force/X.0 level cranks and will work with RED and XX cranks for riders that do not need the added performance or expense of the Black Box Ceramic bearing model.
- Left and Right bottom bracket bearing cup set for use on Giga X Pipe cranks with an integrated 24mm GXP spindle (includes plastic seal/spacer-shell with o-rings)
- Updated GutterSeal technology improves sealing while reducing drag, plus a new high-end cup profile with improved tool engagement
- For road and mountain use

I picked up this bottom bracket for a used Force crank that I got off of CL locally. This is the first non cup-n-cone system that I've handled and its wonderfully easy to install. I put a little Phil Wood grease on the O-rings and the threads and spun it on. After a quick snugging with the torque wrench it was done. Like the comments say, don't install the spacers if you have a road bike with a 68mm bottom bracket. If you do install them, the non-drive arm won't torque down properly and the crank will bind before you get close to the appropriate torque setting.

After about a month this BB is sloppy and I have play in my XX1 crankset spindle... do yourself a favor and don't skimp on this part.

Easy to install. You will need a bottom bracket tool and some bike grease to install it if you are doing it yourself.
This is a replacement GXP bracket that came with my bike. This new bracket is smooth and looks good.
