These are index shifters, these do not allow trimming of the front derailleur.

If the Diamondback uses a Shimano or SRAM mountain front derailleur with a triple front chainring, it will work.

This product is for a front mountain triple shifter only. It should work with all 6/7/8/9 speed mountain front derailleurs.
