positive shifts, click, click, click, that simple. Period.
I'd look for it on sale (as it happens) and buy again in a heart beat.
I'm riding a Niner with internal cabling so did not pull out the cable housing and replace as that nightmare would keep me up for many nights, so far no issues, no grabbing nothing. If I notice anything in the future I'll change it up but till then I'm happy.
