I mounted this to my Salsa Cutthroat and it worked great, was able to mount to the 3 bosses on the downtube and it put the tool bag down just above the cranks. Still was able to mount a water bottle cage Lezyne pump mount using the top two holes. I did end up buying a Tubolito spare tube which are much smaller than standard tubes so I could fit: tube, Scabs repair kit, spare derail hanger, Park I-beam mini tool, Pedros tire tool, spare chain link and tire boot all in the bag.
