Think it would fit on the timberjack if I drilled holes for the bottle cage bolts on the bottom?

You might have to do some trimming, the Bucksaw has a wider downtube and bottom bracket shell than the Timberjack.

Any reason this wouldn't work on an aluminum Bucksaw?

You could probably make it fit, but the downtube on the the Alloy Bucksaw is rounder than the carbon model.
