A GuestAwesome tires! Very happy with them. A bit pricier than I was planning, but definitely worth it. Great for commuting with. I ride faster, expend less energy, and it's just all around more fun to ride on.

A GuestThese are awesome. I live in the flat land of Florida and use these to commute on paved roads. The first ride with new rubber on amazed me, no roll resistance. On a smooth paved level surface the ride is so clean you feel as you aren't moving. Have used Continental Town & Country in the past but find these to be a superior road tire.

cascadeI commute 10 miles every day on these in 2.3 size and they are awesome...saving me a solid 5 minutes on a 5 miles city streets riding way to work..grip and speed are great and they fill puncture proof ...have them for one month and loveem....i have off road single 29er so on saturday i just pop on a second set of wheels with Ardents and im ready to hit some rocky trails..wish 29 2.3 came in other colors like 26..they actually do ok on a hard pack trails on dry days..that gives me a good excuse to sometimes hit the trail on my way from work!

cerbx7I converted my RedLine d440 into a street bike with these tires. The ride is great. I had WTB vulpine tires on it (stock for 2010) and with these fat monster tires I cut about 5 minutes off my commute. I have to say this is a great set up for the treacherous street of NYC.

popevilHaven't put a ton of miles on these yet, but man, does my SS rrrroooooooollllll. You can't go wrong with these tires. The reflective side wall was a cool surprise! Thank's TFB for getting these to me in 2 days!

A GuestThey will get noticed - either for the size, or for the reflective sidewalls.

ajbarreraThese are the most difficult tires I have ever put on a bicycle rim. I broke a Pedro's tire lever trying to put them on. Maybe I am doing something wrong....
Just a few miles on the tires on my Surly Ogre and they feel great! They roll smooth and fast over Los Angeles' roughly paved streets and alleys.

yak...@ny...r.comBig Apples in 29x2.35 are pretty much the only game in town for a 29er tire with some volume (other than Fat Franks).
Fast rolling. Nice cushion. Highly recommended.

A GuestAwesome tires, roll great and very plush

A GuestThese last pretty long and feel super squishy. No bump you hit will make your bones shake.

A GuestI put these on my mountain bike because I cruse along the beach trails. They worked great. Love these Big Apples.

E_escoGreat tires! Quite, smooth with just enough tread to ride over the loose stuff without much worry and appreciate the reflective ring on the sidewall. I put a set of 2" tires my kona unit 29er and they work great for the road. I went with the smaller profile for urban use, so they work great for me. I have a feeling if you were going to ride on some rougher paths or trails, you may benefit from the larger 2.35" tire.

A GuestOn road for the winter with my Salsa Spearfish, these tires are quiet, and fast, almost made my Salsa feel like a road bike.
Not bad weight-wise, and have a reflector stripe.

nonoxI really enjoyed this tires, my 29er feels so nimble on the streets compare to the big nubbier it has on all the time, really happy with them in the street and even some mild trail use

mwehrweGreat tire for commuting and gravel riding on my Salsa Fargo. Lower pressure gives the bike a "full suspension" feel. Be aware of cornering on gravel, these are slicks. Highly recommend these tires. Thanks Tree Fort Bikes for such prompt service.
