If the rim has an internal width measurement of about 20mm-28mm then yes. A lot of older standard MTB rims fit within this standard.

Cattrike doesn't seem to list the Tadpole on their website anymore. The Big Apple will roll about the same as the Marathon but offers a larger air volume for a smoother ride.

Like this tire. This tire when inflated at lower pressures smooths out the ride. It has a little more rolling resistance when inflated at the lower pressures.
