You will want to use the GS (mid cage) version of the 105 5701 rear derailleur with a 32t cassette. The 5701-GS rear derailleur will only work with a 32t with a double crank, the triple crank has a maximum cassette tooth count of 30t.
The 5701-SS (short cage) rear derailleur is designed to work with double cranks and has a max cassette of 30t.
