The Shimano Altus CS-HG31 8 Speed Cassette is designed to fit on a HG freehub body for 8/9/10-speed cassettes. The HG-31 cassette will not fit on 7-speed HG or IG freehub bodies.

Very good value so its easy on the pocket book.easy to install so buy the chain whip and cassette removal tool and do it yourself... nice job tree fort.

Impossibly cheap, lasts for ages. What more can you ask for? Obviously it's not as nice as the better ones. It's the Toyota Corolla of cassettes. A great value product.
