Claris 2400 8-Speed Right STI Lever

Shimano Claris ST-2400 Right STI Lever brings the performance and ergonomics of Shimano's Tiagra group to the sport road market. The Claris 2400 Right STI shifter works with 8-speed Shimano rear derailleurs. Shimano''s unique cable pull and shifter design provide smooth, effortless shifts with light lever action. The Claris 2400 shifters require less lever movement to complete a shift when compared to the previous generation Claris 2300 group.  To easily tell which gear you are in Shimano integrates a shift indicator into the top of the lever, eliminating the need to guess or clunky cable mounted gear indicators.

Shimano''s SLR brake pull offers smooth even braking and can be used with road caliper, cantilever and short pull disc brakes.

The individual STI levers include cables, but do not include housing. Shimano recommends their OT-SP41 housing for the best possible shifting.
