Nexus 3/8" Cap Nut

Not sure if this is by design, but the metal of these is very soft, so you need to watch the torque (use a torque wrench). Internally geared hubs need to be tightly attached, but go too far and the threads of these will strip. I guess it saves the axle from damage (is that the idea?), but it's annoying.
