RS700 11-Speed Double Flat Bar Road Shifter Set

If you are looking to upgrade your flat bar fitness bike to one of Shimano's new 11-speed road drivetrain groups you will need a set of flat bar shifters. The Shimano SL-RS700 flat bar shifters are designed to work with Shimano road groups, unlike a set of mountain shifters, that look similar but have a different cable pull ratio to match the road group. Like the mountain group the SL-SR700 shifters feature a 2-way release lever allowing you to use your thumb and index finger or just your thumb to complete up and down shifts.

Included with the SL-RS700 shifters are cables and OT-SP41 housing. To trim the housing and cables down to size you will need a set of high quality cable cutters like the Park Tool CN-10.
