This shoes are ok to be used on spinning class bike?
A.

Most spinning bikes use an SPD style pedal, so these would work fine. Confirm with your class as to what type of pedal they use.

A GuestGreat all around shoe - not just a mountain bike shoe, but good versatile road bike shoe. Very comfortable, good fit, and nice SPD engagement.

stevenshayfit and look great. very comfortable. not sure if this should be blamed on the cleats or the shoes but the screws used to secure the cleat to the cleat nut are TOO SHORT to adequately hold on the cleats. The cleats came off of the shoes and stuck in the pedals a couple of times while I was riding. I also lost one of the screws in this manner. I used some LOCTITE on the screws and now they hold without problems. I would suggest you do the same after deciding on the position for the cleats on the shoe (the shoe allows for some amount of positioning of the cleat.)
