SLX M7000 2x Left Shifter

Shimano's SLX group since it''s introduction has been the group to deliver the technology of the higher end XTR and XT groups in a package that fills both your budgetary and performance needs. The SLX M7000 moves from 10 to 11-speed offering improved gear ratios, quicker shifts and lighter shifting action.

The Front RapidFire Plus SLX M7000 shifter, is compatible with Shimano 2x mountain front derailleurs and can be paired with SLX, XT or XTR 11-speed drivetrains. The revised pull ratio delivers 20% lighter shifter when compared to the previous generation SLX group.

Shimano offers the SLX M7000 shifter in 3 versions based on how they attach to the handlebar 2 use I-spec to attach directly to the Shimano brake lever and one with a traditional handlebar clamp. This version has the traditional handlebar clamp. The I-Spec shifters do not include a shift indicator and the traditional mount model does.
