Works well w/most brakes, but is not compatible w/Hope tech 4 V4 calipers. My initial use for this adapter was a 220mm rotor & SRAM CODE RS brakes swapping from a Boxxer to a FOX 40. I've since upgraded to the V4's & they have clearance issues. Not a fault of the mount by any means, just providing info in case you're in the same boat as me. Solid mount & would recommend for other brake brands. Comes w/bolts.
