Possibly, depending on the year Giant used cranksets that were geared either with a 28/38/48t crankset like this one or they used a mountain geared crankset with 24/34/42t gearing. If your bike has the smaller gearing you will want to go with the M131 crank that closely matches that gearing because the larger chainrings may hit the frame.
The Shimano M131 cranks require a 123mm spindle square taper bottom bracket which also may differ from what it stock on the Sedona.
