These brakes use a recessed mounting nut, so it depends if your frame is drilled for a recessed nut or not as many older frames used a more traditional nut.
I would also recommend measuring the reach of your current brake from the center of the mounting bolt to the center of the brake pad. This brake has reach of 39-49mm.
