The Tiagra 4700 group will work with the Dura Ace shifters if you use friction mode. The Tiagra 4700 series uses the same pull ratio as the 11-speed group which is different than the 10-speed group.
The Tiagra 4601 rear derailleur would be a better more compatible choice.
