Shimano's new Tiagra 4700 series features a revised cable pull for quicker more precise shifting while still maintaining the same light shifting action you have come to love from Shimano. The Tiagra 4703 flat bar shifters bring the wide range gearing of Shimano''s Tiagra triple group to today''s light weight fitness and sport bikes that feature mountain style handlebars. These shifters only work with the Tiagra FD-4703 front derailleur and Tiagra RD-4700GS 10-speed rear derailleur.

Like the shifters in Shimano''s mountain line the Tiagra 4703 shifters features Rapidfire Plus shifting a 2 way release lever that allow you to your thumb or index finger to preform up shifts.
