This Shimano Ultegra ST-R8000 STI Lever Name Plate is for the left side and it fits the mechanical STI, the Hydro STI is the R8020.

Great replacement for scuffed name plate on shifter after you've taken a tumble (or several). I'm thankful that Tree Fort Bikes stocks them. A bit pricey, but that's just how it goes.
