i know its rare 2 see ppl riding single speed with 12t cog but 13t will work with spacers

It is going to depend on the chain you use and the gearing up front which effects the angle in which the chain rides on the cog
As a general rule with a single speed setup you want more chain wrap which results in using larger cogs to get the same gear ratio. So if you need to run a 12t in the rear to get your desired gear ratio with your current front chainring, look at a large front chainring along with say a 16t rear that would achieve the same ratio but with way better chain wrap.

Unfortunately none of these are guaranteed to work with a 12T cog, being that the mentioned cog is very small, and the chain may contact the spacer kit itself.

What issues will it give when used with 1/8 chain? Will it skip, make grinding sounds??
A.
anwered by: mlewis
There may be extra play side to side due to the wider chain, which could result in access drivetrain noise. As long as your chain tension is correct though, there should be no loss in performance.

Will these fit profile cassette hubs?
A.
anwered by: bhardy
These will not fit Profile Racing BMX hubs. Profile uses a proprietary cassette profile and these cogs will not work. They may work with some of Profile's mountain specific hubs that use a Shimano splined cassette body.
