The Soma Lauterwasser Alloy Drop Bar has a smaller than typical road 22.2mm clamp area to accept mountain style flat bar grips. This smaller OD makes the bar ID too small for bar end shifters.

It will be spring before I build the road bike this goes on, but I know it will work great! I was looking for something with less drop than traditional drop bars, suitable for flat bar style brifters and standard mountain grips....and a classic board racer look. Tree Fort pricing was excellent and I received the product very quickly. Highly recommend both the store and the product!
