Riff Mountain Frame - 27.5"

The Riff is Soma's hardtail frame for 27.5"/650b wheels. (It replaces the B-Side model) While the Soma B-Side showed Soma''s tendency of not following the latest trends, the Riff is pretty modern in geometry and features. Tough IRD Broski Sliding Dropouts allow you to go single-speed or geared or even run hub gears. Also new is internal seat tube dropper post routing. A modified chainstay allows fitting even some double cranks with "plus size" 2.8" wide tires without needing to invest in Boost parts.

• A true 27.5" frame featuring a longer top tube and slacker angles
• Tange Prestige heat-treated butted CrMo main tubes
• IRD Broski 135mm quick release sliding dropouts let you run gears or a single speed set up with better durability and less wheel slippage
• *44mm headtube for tapered steerer tubes (tapered steerer forks will require an EC44 lower headset cup, straight steerer forks can use a ZS44 lower cup)
• Accommodates a 100/120mm travel fork (69 degree head angle with 100mm fork, 68 degree head angle with 120mm fork)
• Fits up to 27.5 x 2.8" tires
• International Standard disc brake mounts
• Use 34.9 seat clamp and 400mm post recommended
• Pelham Blue to match classic Gibson Les Paul guitars
• 4.5 lbs (14.5")
