The ECR fork features accommodations for a rack and fenders, a set of Three-Pack cage mounts on each leg, disc brake mounts and brake line guides. Constructed using the same 4130 CroMoly steel as Surly's frames and forks, with a 1-1/8" steerer.

You will need to change your headset to reduce it to 1-1/8" from 1.5", but the fork should most likely work otherwise as long as the axle to crown length matches the fork you are currently using.
