Are these for attaching Bob Nutz to the trailer mounting points on a Surly ECR?

These are designed to direct mount a Surly Bill or Ted trailer to the ECR frame. For a BOB you will want to use the skewer which can be found here http://www.treefortbikes.com/product/333222344650/456/BOB-BOB-Trailer-Standard.html
